30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products that have been assembled, used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Items returned without their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Luxora Furnitures will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return process.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
